Does it work without venue WiFi?

Yes. GSS caches your project locally so the photographer's dashboard works even if signal drops. The helper sync needs a connection to update in real-time — but on weak signal it falls back to polling every 10 seconds. In five years of real weddings, we've never had a complete failure.

Can my 2nd shooter or videographer use it?

Yes — and this is one of the most-used features. You share a secure link and they join instantly in any browser, no download, no account needed. They get their own timeline, GPS address, and role briefing before the day. You can have as many team members as you need.

Who owns the client data? What happens to it after the wedding?

You do, always. Client guest lists and personal data are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after the wedding date — no manual action needed. We never sell, share, or use your client data. Full GDPR compliance, built in.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no notice period. Your existing projects stay readable for 30 days so you can export anything you need. After that they're removed. No arguments, no retention calls. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you.

Does my couple need to download an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser — for you, your couple, your helpers, and your team. Your couple gets a link to build their shot list. Your bridesmaid gets a QR code. Nobody downloads anything.

I already have a system that works. Why would I switch?
